At SchoolSathi Pro, we strive to provide reliable service for schools. Please read this policy before purchasing a plan.
1. General Policy
The SchoolSathi Pro plan fee (as published at checkout for the selected validity) is generally non-refundable once service access is activated, except where required by applicable law or explicitly approved by our support team.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
- Duplicate payment for the same invoice/period.
- Incorrectly charged amount due to technical error.
- Payment success but account not activated after verification.
3. Request Window
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date with payment proof.
4. Service Activation and Support
If payment is successful but licence activation is delayed, please contact support immediately with payment ID and registered email so our team can resolve it on priority.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days and credited based on bank/payment gateway timelines.
6. Cancellation Policy
Subscription cancellation after activation is not applicable.
