Terms and Conditions for SchoolSathi Pro
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SchoolSathi Pro website, Android application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing, or using SchoolSathi Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Authorized Use
- The Services are intended for school administrators, teachers, staff, and parents.
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- You must use the Services only for lawful school-management purposes.
2. Account Registration and Security
- You agree to provide accurate and complete account information.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account unless unauthorized use is reported.
- You must notify us promptly at admin@schoolsathipro.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. School Data and User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that data uploaded to the Services is accurate, lawful, and appropriately authorized.
- You confirm that your institution has rights/consents required to process student and parent data.
- You must not upload harmful, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful content.
4. Subscription, Fees, and Billing
- Paid plans and pricing are displayed on the official SchoolSathi Pro website/app.
- The current published SchoolSathi Pro plan price and validity are shown at checkout (one-time payment, non-recurring unless explicitly stated otherwise).
- Payments are processed through authorized gateways such as Razorpay.
- Applicable taxes may be charged as required by law.
- Access to certain premium features may be suspended if payment is unsuccessful or overdue.
- In normal cases, licence activation happens shortly after successful payment verification for the same account.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund handling is governed by our published Refund Policy available at Refund Policy.
By purchasing a plan, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Refund Policy.
If your payment is successful but activation does not happen in a reasonable time, contact support with payment details for priority resolution.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection and use of personal/student information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
- Attempt unauthorized access to servers, APIs, or user accounts.
- Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or exploit the platform without authorization.
- Interfere with service performance, security, or availability.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the SchoolSathi Pro platform, including software, design, trademarks, and content (except user-submitted data), remain with SchoolSathi Pro.
No license or ownership is transferred except limited rights to use the Services under these Terms.
9. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to provide reliable service, but uptime is not guaranteed. The Services may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or events beyond our control.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- You violate these Terms or applicable law.
- There is a security risk or suspected misuse.
- Required payments are not completed.
11. Disclaimers

13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SchoolSathi Pro from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of law.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
